Consultants who put their reputations on the line
Everyone's got an opinion. What's yours worth?
With a track record of success we are enthusiastic about every project, whatever the budget!
In my case, I take on the risk rather than the client as I'm confident in my ability to deliver a measurable return on investment.
As a consultant You owe it to your clients to have some measurable KPI's if that helps them understand the value of what you're offering.

When I don't have market stats to work with, I use the 80/20 rule. 80% of your potential target market
probably won't buy from you - unless you've got an unlimited budget to actually be all things to all people. Since that's not usually the case, let's figure out the 20% who are most likely to buy.
This should be a group that actually needs or wants what you have to offer. And since your competitors are probably trying to be all things to all people as well, this small group doesn't feel particularly cared for.
Excellent post! As a contractor myself I pay great attention to detail. Working extra hard to provide a clean, clutter-free routing of cables - especially when office space is tight. During these difficult financial times, I find clients expect the most appropriate and cost effective solution from a consultant.
INDUSTRY bosses at the CBI became the latest group to forecast the UK will slide into a recession this year.
The business lobby group predicts the economy will shrink by 0.2pc between July and September followed by a further 0.1pc decline in the fourth quarter.
The organisation stressed the slump would only be a 'shallow recession', and would not echo the pro-longed downturn of he early 1990's.
The CBI also slashed next year's UK growth forecast by 1 percentage point, predicting the economy will grow by a 'feeble' 0.3pc during the whole of 2009.
